I have a little project to share today. I made a journal to track all my progress on getting healthy this year. I want to lose weight and exercise more to help with my arthritis, and general well being.
This book has very little decoration on it, Just some patterned paper I received in a crop goody bag, some rick rack from my stash, a few stamped images, and an old butterfly fabric applique I had in my stash. The notebook is from the target dollar bins. (I LOVE those bins..so many great finds there!)

I also have this little stash of cards from a sheet of Archiver's Simple Stories 100 days of summer set, to add to the journal.
anyway..that's all for now.
Thanks for visiting today.
Have a Great and Crafty Day!

Cute journal and great way to keep track of things. I know it helps me to keep track when I'm starting out with different things.
ReplyDeleteI was in the middle of typing a comment and I must have hit a wrong button because it disappeared. LOL Anyway, this journal is beautiful. It's a great idea. Good luck with all your goals. I also wanted to tell you that I miss you over at the 52 Questions challenge. I've moved these challenges to a dedicated blog. It's at pausedreamenjoychallenges.blogspot.com. There is a page tab with links to every challenge we've had so far, so I hope you'll jump back in and play when you get a chance. Have a fun, creative day! :) Janis
